Your support uncovers brilliance. Every donor level reflects a precious gem—symbolizing the hidden potential within justice-involved professionals.
Quartz — $100+
Foundational support for operational needs and outreach. Every gift lays the groundwork.
Amethyst — $500+
Supports resume review and platform setup for individual candidates.
Sapphire — $1,000+
Funds employer engagement and resource development efforts.
Emerald — $2,500+
Supports web development, anonymous profile hosting, and storytelling content.
Ruby — $5,000+
Fuels national-level outreach, media campaigns, and executive engagement.
Diamond — $10,000+
Establishes named fellowships or employer pilot partnerships. Diamond donors are recognized on the platform and receive annual impact reports.
Legacy GEM — $25,000+
Catalyzes systemic change. Legacy donors help launch regional showcases and build the long-term sustainability of the platform.
Each level can be made as a one-time or recurring gift. Anonymous donations are welcome.
Current Funding Needs (2025-2026)
We are in the concept development phase and currently seeking:
$300,000 in seed funding to support platform development, staffing, and outreach during the first 12 months.
